There are endless things you could be doing instead right now! But if you need some inspiration, here are some suggestions...


There are plenty of ideas here whether you are the sort of person who prefers to stay home or be outdoors if you're more introverted or extroverted, creative or practical.

  1. Make a stop-motion video.
  2. Learn an instrument.
  3. Visit a museum.
  4. Learn to cook or bake.
  5. Flip through cookbooks and make a list of what you would like to try or make a meal plan
  6. Play with K'nex or Lego.
  7. Delete old files, programs, apps and accounts from your computer and devices. Streamline.
  8. Learn a language.
  9. Play sudoku.
  10. Create some things and sell them at a local market.
  11. Bulk cook for the week.
  12. Take a walk in nature.
  13. Litter pick in your local area or join a beach clean. 
  14. Make a mini comic book or zine.
